Kothaekom (কোথায় কম?, kothaekom.com) is a price comparison service. We collect product and price information from online shops in Bangladesh and show it side by side, so you can see who sells what and for how much.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Prices, stock, specifications and images are gathered automatically from the shops' own websites. We work to keep them accurate, but they can be out of date, incomplete or wrong — a shop may have changed a price since we last checked, a listing may be for a different variant, or a price may exclude VAT or delivery.

The shop's own page is always the final word. Please check the price, variant, warranty and availability there before you buy. If you spot a mistake on our side, tell us through Support.

Rankings, "best pick" lists, PC builds and phone suggestions are generated from that same information. They are a starting point for your own decision, not professional advice.

Kothaekom is not a shop and is not a party to any purchase. When you follow a link to a shop, any order, payment, delivery, return, refund or warranty claim is between you and that shop, under its own terms.

Listing a shop on Kothaekom is not an endorsement of it, and we are not responsible for its products, service or conduct.

The site links to shops and other websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices, including how they handle your data.

When you send a support request or leave a review, you confirm that what you write is your own and doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights. Please don't include personal details you don't want shared.

Reviews are private until we choose to publish them. By submitting one, you allow us to display it on the site, with the name you gave, and to shorten it or leave it out. We may remove any review at any time.

You agree not to:

• copy or collect the site's data in bulk, whether by scraping, crawling or any other automated means, except search engines indexing public pages;
• get around rate limits, bot checks or other access controls;
• interfere with the site's operation, or try to reach parts of it that aren't public;
• use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

We may limit or block access for anyone who does.

Shop names, brand names, product names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify who sells what. The site's design, text, and the way the information is compiled and presented belong to Kothaekom.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that its information will be complete or current.

As far as the law allows, Kothaekom is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its information, including a purchase made at a price that turned out to be different from the one shown here.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute about them falls under the courts of Bangladesh.
